About SCAF
Who We Are
Surma Community Advancement Forum (SCAF) is a community-based voluntary initiative working at the grassroots level in Sylhet and surrounding regions of Bangladesh. The forum focuses on community wellbeing, rights awareness, and inclusive social participation.
SCAF engages with local youth, community members, and volunteers to promote awareness on safe migration, human rights, social responsibility, and community development. Through dialogue-based sessions, small initiatives, and community engagement, the forum supports informed decision-making and positive social change.
